Who we are

Thermal Render Specialists Ltd (company number 16212351), Alva House, Valley Drive, Gravesend, Kent, DA12 5UE. We're the data controller for the personal data described below.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We ask for two separate types of consent when you first visit, which you can accept or decline independently:

• Analytics (Google Analytics): helps us understand which pages are useful, roughly how people found us, and general device/location information. We don't use it to identify you personally.
• Advertising (Google Ads and/or Meta): used to measure the performance of our ads and, where you've interacted with one of our ads, to show you relevant follow-up ads. Only active once we're running ad campaigns.

Google's tag runs on every page, but it operates in a restricted "consent denied" state by default (no cookies are set and no data that could identify you is stored) until you accept via the cookie banner. This is Google's standard Consent Mode setup. Meta's advertising pixel, where active, isn't loaded at all until you accept advertising cookies.

• _ga, _gid, _ga_*: Google Analytics, only set if you accept analytics cookies.
• _fbp, _fbc, fr: Meta advertising cookies, only set if you accept advertising cookies and a Meta pixel is active.
• A small local storage entry recording your cookie choices: this is essential to remember your preferences and isn't set as a cookie or shared with anyone.

You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer, and choose analytics and advertising cookies independently. Declining a category clears any cookies already set for it.

The contact form

Our contact form is provided by Noble Leads' CRM platform (GoHighLevel), embedded on our Contact page. When you submit it, your name, contact details, and message are sent to that platform and stored in our CRM so we can respond to your enquiry. We don't sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep data

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a job proceeds, for our standard business and accounting records. Analytics data in Google Analytics is retained according to Google's default retention settings.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, or if you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact us using the details below. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) at any time.
